Thank you for choosing to shop here! I'm Laz Neptune, an independent cartoonist, and I'm committed to bringing you the highest-quality art prints, books, and other fun stuff I have to offer. 

Q: Where is your shop located?

A: Champaign, Illinois.

Q: How do you process payments?

A: All orders are processed safely through PayPal, which accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Q: What shipping company do you use?

A: All orders ship USPS with either first class or media mail with tracking included. When your order goes out, I will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number. If your local post office is prone to losing or destroying things, please contact me to arrange a different courier.

Note: please be prepared to pay additional shipping when using a courier other than USPS.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Orders are processed daily. It may take anywhere from 3-10 days for your purchase to arrive depending on your location and the speed of your mail carrier. 

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: Currently, I am only able to ship within the contiguous 48 states, but I will keep everyone updated once I arrange international shipping. 

Q: What if my order has been lost or ruined in the post?

A: If you are concerned that one of your orders has been damaged or lost in the mail, please contact me as soon as possible! I may be able to replace your merchandise on a case-by-case basis depending on what is in stock. Email me at lazneptune@gmail.com with a photograph of the damaged goods within three days of the receipt of your order and I will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: As of right now, refunds are ONLY available for items that have been lost or damaged. Thank you for your understanding!
